Dubuque Hair Clippings to Assist in Gulf Oil Cleanup

One pound of hair can potentially clean up five gallons of oil in two minutes. With the recent oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico, Dubuque salons are doing their part by sending their hair clippings to be used for oil relief.
