I wish I could provide a strong counterargument for the Democrats...I really do...but their failure to contradict Paul Ryan's statement leads me to believe that Paul Ryan was 100% right. Logically, if the other side didn't come back to prove him was wrong...we have no reason to believe there are good points from other side...no? I have nothing to work with from the other side...lol. I wasn't trying to sound partisan...the column tries to explain how the bill is written... Here it is:

That is what Democrats have said. I wish I could provide a strong counterargument for the Democrats…I really do…but their failure to contradict Paul Ryan's statement leads me to believe that Paul Ryan was 100% right.
